Group Members and Leaders

Invite New Realm Members in Mass

You can simultaneously send Realm invites to many group members.

  • Only users with the Edit Group, Delete Group, or Manage Ministry Areas permission set to Allow in their responsibilities can perform the steps below.

Administrators, group leaders, and users with permission can simultaneously send Realm invites to many members of a group. When accepted, they will be able to interact with their groups.
  1. Locate the group.
  2. On the group's main page, beside the group name, click the ellipsis icon and select Send a Realm Invite. A confirmation message displays.
  3. Click Send Invite.
