View Text Usage by Group or Team
If you've enabled text messaging for your church, you can view text usage by group or team.
Warning:
Administrators can view information on text usage per group or team. This helps determine which groups and teams are most actively using texting for communication. New sign-ups for Realm texting are currently disabled.
We have extended our partnership with Constant Contact to provide a SMS texting solution as an option for Realm. Click for more information.
You can export your existing Realm texting opt-in records to import into Constant Contact.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click .
- Click the All Text Usage drop down, then select Group Text Usage or Serving Team Text Usage.
- You can filter the chart to view the number of texts used within a specific time frame and by group or team.
- In the Text Breakdown section, you can view how many texts were used by each group or serving team.
