Connect Inbox Texts

View Text Usage by Group or Team

If you've enabled text messaging for your church, you can view text usage by group or team.

Realm provides administrators information on text usage per group or team. This helps determine which groups and teams are most actively using texting for communication.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Communications > Text Messaging.
  2. Click the All Text Usage drop down, then select Group Text Usage or Serving Team Text Usage.
  3. You can filter the chart to view the number of texts used within a specific time frame and by group or team.
  4. In the Text Breakdown section, you can view how many texts were used by each group or serving team.
