Change an ARB Subscription Amount
- You must have access to the Assign tool to do this.
While we don't recommend this, you may edit the amount of an ARB subscription directly in Authorize.Net. Should this happen, you should edit the future unbatched Donation records with that subscription code in the Platform.
CAUTION: This two-step process is inefficient, and the system administrator may not want to grant the person access to the Assign tool. For these reasons, we recommend using the Alter or Delete Subscriptions report on the Donations page instead. It allows you to edit the amount of the donation and distributions in a subscription in a single, safe step.
- Edit the amount of one Donation record in the series. The Platform asks if you want to edit future donations in the series.
- Using the Assign tool, edit the distribution amount for all future donations in the subscription.
