Accept or Decline Assignments from Email

Accept or decline assignments on a schedule from the email.

When you are assigned to a schedule on one of your teams, you will receive an email from which you can accept or decline the assignments.
  1. In the Assignment Request email, click Respond to assignments.
  2. In the Pending Assignments section, click Accept next to the assignments you want to accept. If you click Decline, enter the reason that you've declined the assignment, then click Yes, Decline.
  3. If you want to accept or decline all assignments at one time, click Accept All or Decline All.
