Text

Registrant enters text as a response. You can control if the answer allows for a single line of text or a paragraph.

Date

Registrant enters a date as a response.

Yes/No

Registrant selects between a Yes or No answer.

List

Registrant selects between multiple choice answers. You can allow multiple selections.

Link to Profile Field

The answer is automatically pulled from information on the participant's profile field. This can be user-defined fields such as birthday, allergies, or t-shirt size. These profile fields must be marked with Allow Users to View to appear as a custom question.
