Custom Forms — You'll soon be able to build your own forms and surveys in Realm, share them with a link or QR code, and download the responses, with no outside form tool to manage. Custom forms are a good fit for longer forms, such as a survey after an event or a waiver for camp activities.

With Custom Forms, you'll be able to:

• Add a title, image, and description, and tie the form to a ministry area, a group, or your entire church.
• Choose from question types such as short text, multiple choice, yes/no, and date, and add follow-up questions that appear based on someone's answer.
• Preview the form the way your congregation will see it before you share it.
• Set an end date so the form closes on its own.
• Download all the responses in a spreadsheet.

To get ready, think about the sign-up sheets, surveys, and other forms you run in other tools today that you could bring into Realm.
