Why Content Standards?
The UX Content Team in R&D collaboratively maintains the ACST Corporate Content Standards and Styles, which is a important part of any corporate content strategy. Standards ensure we personalize for and communicate with ministry partners and business customers professionally, consistently, and with one voice. If you have questions or see something in the standards that you believe requires review, please email the team. You may also reach out via Slack at #ux-content.
What We Do
The UX Content Team works closely with UX Research and UX Design, Product Owners and the rest of the development team to ensure content in the user interface of our products is clear and helpful to end users. We also develop task-based product content, maintain corporate content standards, and produce brief how-to video.
