Background Checks

View the Background Check History

View an individual's background check history.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the View Background Checks permission.

Information about the most recent background check appears in the profile. However, you can also view a complete history of all background checks for each person.
  1. Locate and open the profile.
  2. In the Background Checks section of the Info tab, you can see information about the latest background check.
  3. To view a history of background checks for this individual, click View History.
