Background Check Permissions
Assign users with the proper permissions to view, edit and order new background checks.
Realm Permissions
You can assign users background check permissions within Realm:
- View Background Checks—Users can see an individual's background check history and the screening results. However, users cannot order a background check or see any personal information provided for the screening.
- Edit Background Checks—Users can edit background check information on user/volunteer profiles.
Verified First Permissions
To order background checks, administrators must also create a new accounts for users on the Verified First website. Users with these permissions can view and enter personal information required to screen individuals, see the detailed screening results, and take action on the results.
