When Realm chat is enabled, you can start a chat with your entire group. This will email group members who have a login or account. You can also start a chat with an individual, or select people in your group. This creates a new conversation where you can chat and see replies.
In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Connect. Then click Groups.
Click the group's name.
Click the Send Communication.
Click Start a Chat. By default, this messages everyone in your group.
To select specific people in the group to message, click Message Specific People, then remove people you don't want to include.
Enter a message.
If you want to add an image, click and select the image to include.
Click Send.

The Message Specific People option is only available to groups with 100 members or less.
