Resubmit a 941 PIN Application

Make changes to your 941 PIN application, and resubmit it.

  • You must have accounting administrator permissions to perform this task.
  • You must have a Nelco account.

If your initial 941 PIN application is denied by the IRS, make changes to it and submit again.

  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Accounting. Then click Period End > Tax Forms.
  2. Click the E-File Settings tab.
  3. In the section titled 941 E-File Signature PIN, click the ellipsis icon and select Submit a new application.
  4. Make any necessary changes, then click Submit Application.

Your application is sent to Nelco, who will register it with the IRS on your behalf.
