Change Your Nelco Password

For added security, update your Nelco password every once in a while.

You must have accounting administrator permissions to perform this task. See Accounting Roles and Permissions for more information.
You must have a Nelco account.

Tip: Did you reset your password and receive a new one from Nelco? Change that password here by updating it to one that's uniquely yours.

In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Accounting. Then click Period End > Tax Forms.
On the E-File Settings tab, click Change password.
Enter the password you currently use as the Old Password.

Note: If you don't remember what your password is, click Forgot your password?. Then, click Send Email. You will receive an email from Nelco with steps for how to reset it.
Enter the password you want to use as the New Password.
Enter that same password again to confirm it.
Click Save.

Your password is synced between Realm Accounting and Nelco.

Reset Your Nelco Password
