Add your credit cards as liabilities in your chart of accounts. Use subheadings to organize them appropriately.

1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Accounting. Then click Ledger Setup > Chart of Accounts.
2. Beside the Liabilities heading, click and select Add Subheading.
3. Enter Credit Cards as the subheading title.
4. Click Save.
