Edit and delete your subheadings to further organize your chart of accounts.

1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Accounting. Then click Ledger Setup > Chart of Accounts.
2. Click beside a subheading and select one of the following:

   • Edit

   • Delete— This only displays if no core accounts are listed under the subheading.

3. If you edit, make any necessary changes, and click Save. If you delete, click Delete again to confirm.
   Tip: When you subtotal a subheading, you summarize the information that prints on the accounting statement for a particular view. All accounts within that heading will be combined on your financial reports.
