Parish Life Admin Guide

View Members Who Plan to Attend a Mass

Members can view the Mass or Liturgical Service times you upload to Parish Life, and select to attend them. Admins can view the number of people who plan to attend as well as their names and email addresses. This is especially helpful when you need a head count of those who plan to attend.

Note: To upload or change these times from PDS, see Show Mass Times in Parish Life.
  1. Log in to Parish Life using an admin account.
  2. In the menu, click Mass Times or Liturgical Service Times.
    Note: The term you see here depends on your version of PDS Church Office.
  3. Beside the Mass or Liturgical Service you want to view, click the Attending List link.

The list shows the members who plan to attend the Mass or Liturgical Service, along with the total number of people attending.
