Parish Life Admin Guide

View a Family's Contributions

With the appropriate permissions, admins can view a family's contribution history in Parish Life. This is the same information that you track in PDS, but the portal provides a quick way to view it on your mobile device.

Note: You are only able to view certain information if you have the appropriate permissions in PDS Church Office. For details, see Set Admin Permissions in Parish Life.
  1. Log in to Parish Life using an admin account.
  2. In the menu, click Parish Directory.
  3. Locate the family you want to view.
  4. If you have the appropriate permission, you'll see a link that says "See Contributions" below the family's information.
    Tip: If you don't see the link but think you should have access to contribution history, ask your Parish Life administrator to set your permissions in PDS.
  5. Click See Contributions to view the family's giving history.

Contribution history displays for the PDS funds you selected to show in Parish Life. You can filter the list to show only a certain contribution type, year, or month.
