View a Member's Details
With the appropriate permissions, admins can view member information in Parish Life. This is the same information that you track in PDS, but the portal provides a quick way to view it on your mobile device.
Note: You are only able to view certain information if you have the appropriate permissions in PDS Church Office. For details, see Set Admin Permissions in Parish Life.
- Log in to Parish Life using an admin account.
- In the menu, click Parish Directory.
- Locate the family of the member you want to view.
- Click the name of the head of household, spouse, or other member to open that member's profile.
The Parish Directory listing shows the family's contact information. When you open the Member Profile, it shows the family information as well as the member's personal phones, emails, and birthday.
