Check for Minister Assignment Changes

If your ministers use the Minister Web App, you can set the program to check for any assignment changes as soon as you open PDS. This can include times when a minister takes an open assignment or when a minister declines their scheduled assignment.
Note: This is the same check that the program performs during the upload. Depending on your needs, it may be more convenient to check for assignment changes every time you start the program.
  1. On the File menu in your PDS program, click Setup > Initial Setup.
  2. Select Automatically check assignments changed online.
  3. Click Save/OK.

When you upload data to the app, you're notified via email when your ministers can't serve an assignment or selected to serve an open assignment. With this option selected, those changes display as soon as you start the program.

You can review the changes, then click Update to include them in your database.
