Minister Online Access

You can select whether to display options related to the Minister Web App. If you want ministers to use the app, you must make these options available in the program and give users access to these options.

Make the Options Available

  1. On the File menu in your PDS program, click Setup > Initial Setup.
  2. Select Minister Online Access to make the options available in the program.
  3. Click Save/OK.

The options display in the program to set up online login credentials and upload data to the Minister Web App.

Give Users Access Rights

If you have a security method set up (you have a login window when opening the program), you must give users access rights to use the online access options.
Note: These steps allow PDS users to see the online access options in the program. To give your ministers access to the Minister Web App itself, you must set up login credentials.
  1. On the Administration tab, click Users & Passwords > Access and Privileges.
  2. Locate the appropriate record.
  3. To allow the user to edit minister login credentials, expand the Ministers program level, and select All access for Minister Online Access.
  4. To allow the user to upload data to the Minister Web App, expand the Data Synchronization program level, and select All access for Upload Ministers and Schedule Assignments.
  5. At the top, click Save.
