Delete a Parish or Facility Record

If a parish or facility record is no longer valid or needed, you can delete the record from your database.

CAUTION:

Deleting a record removes it permanently from your database. To hide the record without removing it, make it inactive instead.

  1. On the Parishes & Facilities tab, click Parishes & Facilities.
  2. Locate the appropriate record.
  3. At the top, click Delete Parish.
    A dialog box informs you of any personnel or other records this deletion will affect.
  4. Click Yes to confirm you want to delete this parish/facility.
