These reports are available specifically in the Events and Facilities sections of MinistryPlatform:

Note: Reports marked with an asterisk (*) are also on any page where a contact's name is listed.

Double Booked Rooms

View a list of future events where the same room has been booked into more than one event at the same time. You can filter by location if the location is set on the Event record.

This report lists equipment reservations between two dates.

Room Availability Research

Select a building and see which rooms are available. This report takes the setup and clean up time of the event into consideration. You can filter for a range for dates, times, or day of the week and/or specific room selections. It also includes a grid for a quick visual aid.

Note: Approval status is taken into consideration. Only approved reservations reflect as unavailable.

Room Use Forecast

List room reservations between two dates. The report pulls room reservations tied to an event and a room. The event must have a program and the room must have a building with an assigned location.

Selected Call List*

Print a call list of selected contact records including phones and emails. This report accommodates the seasonal Alternate Mailing Address field if it is set in the Household record.

View and manage the participants checked into your event by group.

A basic directory layout for selected contacts. This report accommodates the seasonal Alternate Mailing Address field if it is set in the Household record.

Selected Event Campaign Donations

View donations to pledge campaigns for the event you selected. This report includes the pledge campaign goal, total pledged, donations credited to the pledge, pledge balance, event donations not credited to a pledge, total donations, and the campaign balance.

Selected Form Responses

View form response details for the event, group, or participants selected. If starting from a selection of participants, the report returns results for all form responses and forms you select in the report filters from the participants in your selection. You can select which form fields to include. Also, the Export by Group link gives an option to put each group on a separate page (for classrooms).

Selected Labels: 1 Per Family*

Return one label per selected family, regardless of how many family members you selected, with many greeting options. For example, Household Name, The [Last Name] Family, Heads of House: Informal, Heads of House: Formal, [List Contacts Selected], and To the Parents of [Contact List]. If applicable, the male head of household name precedes the female head of household name. This report accommodates the seasonal Alternate Mailing Address field if it is set in the Household record. Selected Photo Report*

This report returns basic information ready to print for selected Contact records. This report accommodates the seasonal Alternate Mailing Address field if it is set in the Household record.

Servicing Analysis

A visual summary of instances where someone requested services for events during a period of time.

This report lists upcoming events that require a specific type of service. Filter by service type and/or congregation or parish.
