Q1: The Complete Response Follow-Up field says "Default Contact". How can I change that?

This task is likely created by a process. To fix this, a SPoC should open the relevant Process record, go to the applicable process step, and edit the task owner to be the person who oversees this step of the process.

Q2: When a process creates a task, the task says "A record has been submitted which is waiting on you to perform an action. Please complete the task as described and use the workflow dialog to indicate either that it is complete or cannot be performed." Can I change that text?

No, you can't edit that text because it is automatically added to the task based on the selected type of process step. Editable task instructions are available in the Instruction field of a process step setup and display after the default text.

Q3: When I add something to a record's tab, the item I added has a green task status indicator. But the task status indicator on the record's main page is yellow. What's going on?

When adding information to a tab, there is no Submit button like when you create a new record on the main page. Because of this, the item added to a tab has a green task status indicator. But there could still be a task outstanding on the main record - like having to submit the record for approval or someone else having to approve it. A yellow task status indicator on the main record indicates this outstanding task.

Q4: What is the "Incomplete: System Emails from Me" view on the My Tasks tab on my Home page?

This view lists any tasks associated with system-generated messages to be sent from the current person. Generally, a process step created these messages. The person doesn't have to take action, as MinistryPlatform sends the messages and completes the tasks every five minutes.
