Correct Prayer & Feedback Requests Assigned to the Default Contact

Clean your data by updating prayer and feedback request records from the default contact record to an actual contact record.

It's important to reassign prayer and feedback response records assigned to the default contact record to a real contact record to keep your data clean.

  1. In the navigation menu, click Care Cases > Prayer & Feedback.
  2. Find prayer and feedback request records assigned to the default contact.
    Search for ***Default, Contact in the Display Name column, or create a view to find records assigned to the default contact.
  3. Click to open the prayer and feedback request record.
  4. Click Edit Record.
  5. In the Contact field, select the appropriate contact.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Repeat this process for any other pledges assigned to the default contact record.

You've finished reassigning prayer and feedback response records from the default contact record to their rightful contact record! Now when you search for submission records assigned to the default contact, no records should display.
