Manage Created Messages

Cancel a Message from My Messages

You can cancel your Message from the My Messages tab on the Home page.

  • The Message you want to cancel be in the Ready to Send status.
CAUTION: Do not archive Messages from the Ready to Send view on the My Messages tab.
  1. From the Home page, click the My Messages tab.
  2. Select the Ready to Send view to find the Message record you want to modify.
  3. Select the message(s) you want to cancel.
    Note: If you open your Ready to Send message, the Recipient selection clears, which means there's no one to send it to. Mission accomplished!
  4. From the Actions menu, select Cancel Scheduled Message.
The Message moves to the My Drafts view, and all recipients are removed.
