Create an Event Workflow

Go Method admins and users with the Can Manage Trips role can request event approval from event managers or other admins. This is helpful when you want to allow others in your organization to create an event, but rely on an admin to review and approve the event.

For example, your event manager has a lot on her plate. She could establish a process or workflow that allows staff or volunteers permission to create and request an event. They'll go through all the same steps for creating the event, but instead of publishing the event, the creator will request the event. It will not be published without approval. Then, the event manager reviews the event request and either denies the request with comments as to what needs to change, or approves the request and launches the trip.

For best practices, create event templates so your trip leaders can select a specific template when requesting an event.
