View the Team Roster
The roster tab on the team's page displays a list of volunteers on that team.
Each team has a page where you can view the volunteers on the team. You'll see what roles individuals perform on the team and can start a private chat with them.
If there are potential volunteers for this team, administrators can view and recruit them here. Administrators can also see which volunteers have low participation based on the attendance metrics settings for this team.

Administrators can see who is a part of a team.
Permissions Required
Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Volunteer Teams/Serving Roles permission.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click .
- Click the name of the team.
- To view the current volunteers on the team, click the Roster tab. Click Current Volunteers and select Past Volunteers from the drop-down menu to view people who were previously on the team.
- To view a volunteer's preferences, click Yes in the Preferences column.
- To view details about why a volunteer is marked with low participation, click View next to the Low Participation warning.
View the Team Roster for Leaders and Volunteers
Leaders and volunteers can see who is a part of a team.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Connect. Then click Serving.
- Click the name of the team.
- To view other volunteers on the team, click the Volunteers tab.
