View the Team Roster
See who is on a team now, who served in the past, each volunteer's preferences, and why someone is flagged for low participation.

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Volunteer Teams/Serving Roles permission.
Each team has a page where you can view the volunteers on the team. You'll see what roles individuals perform on the team and can start a private chat with them. If there are potential volunteers for this team, administrators can view and recruit them here. Administrators can also see which volunteers have low participation based on the attendance metrics settings for this team.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click
- Click the name of the team.
- To view the current volunteers on the team, click the Roster tab. Click Current Volunteers and select Past Volunteers from the drop-down menu to view people who were previously on the team.
- To view a volunteer's preferences, click Yes in the Preferences column.
- To view details about why a volunteer is marked with low participation, click View next to the Low Participation warning.
