Forms

Delete a Form

Permanently delete a form you no longer need, along with its questions and responses.

To build or manage forms, you need the Manage Forms permission set to Allow in your responsibilities. Administrators have this permission by default.

If you only want to stop collecting responses, set an end date instead. The form moves to the Past tab, and you keep its responses.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Events & Forms > Forms.
  2. If you want to keep the responses, download them first.
  3. Click the More Options icon next to the form and select Delete.
  4. Click Delete to confirm.
    Warning: Deleting a form also deletes all its questions and responses. You can't undo it.
