Add a Form Image
Add an image to help your form stand out at the top of the form and in the Forms list.
To build or manage forms, you need the Manage Forms permission set to Allow in your responsibilities. Administrators have this permission by default.
You upload one image, and Realm makes three versions of it:
- Form view appears at the top of the form.
- Card view appears in the Forms list.
- Thumbnail appears in smaller lists.
Each version is cropped differently, so check all three after you upload.

. Use the left scroll bar to rotate the image and the right scroll bar to resize it, then click Apply.
