Delete an Inbox Message

Delete an Inbox message.

You can only delete an inbox message that you have created if you are group or team leader. Deleting a message permanently removes the thread and all the replies connected to the message for everyone in Realm.

If you did not create the inbox message, you will only be able to archive it. This moves it out of the Recent tab and into the Archived tab to keep your inbox message list better organized.

  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Connect. Then click Communications > Inbox.
  2. To the right of the message, click the ellipsis icon.
  3. Select Delete Thread.
  4. Click Delete.
