Archive an Inbox Message

Archive an Inbox message you no longer need.

When you no longer need an Inbox message, you can archive it. Archiving a message will prevent you from receiving further notifications from that discussion. If you are the person who created the inbox message, you can also delete it from the Archived section.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Connect. Then click Communications > Inbox.
  2. Nex to the title of the message, click the ellipsis icon and select Archive.
    This moves the message to the Archived section of your Inbox.
