Import Transactions
Import transactions from a CSV.
- You must have accounting administrator or the appropriate accounting specialist permissions to perform this task. See Accounting Roles and Permissions for more information.
You can create as many import templates as you need. Reuse these templates to import transactions more efficiently with the settings you saved from previous imports.
Open an Import in Progress
Open and edit or continue an import that's currently in progress.
You must have accounting administrator or the appropriate accounting specialist permissions to perform this task. See Accounting Roles and Permissions for more information.
An import must be on step 2 before it can be saved as "in progress".
Delete an Import in Progress
Delete an import that is currently in progress.
You must have accounting administrator or the appropriate accounting specialist permissions to perform this task. See Accounting Roles and Permissions for more information.

- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Accounting. Then click .
- On the Import tab, click next to an import in progress and select Delete.
- Click Delete again to confirm.
Manage Import Templates
Rename, copy, or delete a general ledger import template.

- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Accounting. Then click .
- On the Import tab, click beside a template, then select one of the following:
- Rename— Give the template another name to differentiate it from the rest.
- Copy— Make a copy of an existing template.
- Delete— Remove the template altogether.
- Depending on what you selected, do one of the following:
- To rename or copy the template, enter the name you want it to have, then click Save.
- To delete the template, click Delete again to confirm.
