Manage Posted Transactions
Edit or void a posted transaction.
- You must have accounting administrator or the appropriate accounting specialist permissions to perform this task.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Accounting. Then click .
- On the Posted tab, click beside an open transaction, and select one of the following:
- Edit
- Void
- If you edit, make any necessary changes and click Save. If you void, select the date the transaction was voided and enter a reason for the void. If you want to enter a transaction to replace the void, click Void & Enter New Transaction. Otherwise, click Void.
Add or Remove a Posted Transaction from Bank Reconciliation
Add or remove a transaction from bank reconciliation depending on what you see on your bank statement.
- You must have accounting administrator, bank reconciliation, or the appropriate accounting specialist permissions to perform this task.
Export Transactions to a CSV
Export transactions to CSV to create your own report comparisons with the data.
- You must have accounting administrator or the appropriate accounting specialist permissions to perform this task.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Accounting. Then click .
- Click either Open or Posted.
- Select the transactions you want to export.
- Click Select an action..., and select Export (.csv).
