Manage Posted Transactions
Edit or void a posted transaction.
- You must have accounting administrator or the appropriate accounting specialist permissions to perform this task. See Accounting Roles and Permissions for more information.
Add or Remove a Posted Transaction from Bank Reconciliation
Add or remove a transaction from bank reconciliation depending on what you see on your bank statement.

Copy and Create New Transactions
Copy and create a new transaction from one you've already posted.
- You must have accounting administrator or the appropriate accounting specialist permissions to perform this task. See Accounting Roles and Permissions for more information.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Accounting. Then click .
- Click Posted.
- Select the transactions you want to copy.
- If you want to copy all of them, select the check box to the left of Date/Ref.
- Click Select an action... and select Copy & Create New Transactions.
- Enter the Transaction Date and click Copy & Create New Transactions.
- Copied transactions will display in the Open tab.
Export Transactions to a CSV
Export transactions to CSV to create your own report comparisons with the data.
- You must have accounting administrator or the appropriate accounting specialist permissions to perform this task. See Accounting Roles and Permissions for more information.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Accounting. Then click .
- Click either Open or Posted.
- Select the transactions you want to export.
- Click
, and select Export Transactions (.csv).
