Personnel Ordination

Track ordination information for clergy and religious personnel under Personnel > Personnel Ordination. Since religious orders are maintained over time to show a complete picture of the individual, you can add multiple ordinations for each personnel. Or you can track any general, diaconate, priest, and religious information on one record.

Personnel records have an Ordination tab that shows all the records for that individual.

Add a Personnel Ordination

You must be a Personnel Administrator to do this.

In the navigation menu, click Personnel > Personnel Ordination.
Click New Personnel Ordination.
Select the personnel to add an ordination for.
Select the diocese where the personnel was ordained.
These values come from Sacraments > Dioceses.
If applicable, select the religious order that this personnel is a member of, such as the Order of Saint Benedict or Jesuits.
Admins can change these values under Personnel > Religious Orders.
Enter any other ordination information you want to track.
Click Save.

View personnel ordinations on the Personnel Ordinations page or on the Ordinations tab of the Personnel record.
