Personnel Assignments
Track the personnel's assignments for each role and location where they serve under . This could be in or outside of the diocese, at a particular parish, or at a school, hospital, or other place. You can add multiple assignments for a personnel and designate their primary assignment. Personnel records have an Assignments tab that shows all the records for that person.
Location Groups
Location groups are the deaneries and vicariates where your parishes and locations are regionally situated. You can use these to group assignments into larger organizational units or projects, which can be helpful for reporting and mailing labels. Admins can set these up under .
A location group can also be a parent location group to indicate hierarchy. For example, you could add a location group for the group of vicariates, then add each vicariate as a location group with that parent location group selected.
