Notification Troubleshooting Tips
If your item notification doesn't send, try the following:
- Check that the view doesn't have any duplicate fields. If you added a field twice, the view notification will not send.
- Check that you still have permissions to the page, view, and notification settings originally used to set up the notification.
- Check that you haven't cleared the saved selection.
- The administrators role must have permission to every page where a notification is scheduled.
If your item notification behaves unexpectedly, delete it and recreate it.
