Create a Notification for a View
There are many ways to configure Item Notifications, and they can serve a variety of needs. This example demonstrates how to create an Item Notification for the contents of a view.
- On the relevant page, select any view except All Records.
- From the Actions menu, select Notification.
- Under Items to watch..., make sure Contents of view and the view are selected.
- By default, you receive the notification, but you can select Group members or a Template if needed.
- Select an existing schedule or create a new one.
- Add a compelling subject line so you open the email when it hits your inbox.
- Click Save.
