Check-In Suite - Released February 24-25, 2025
We fixed an issue with Chinese characters and have an announcement about Brother printers.
Chinese Characters
- Check-In Suite now displays Chinese characters correctly when checking in and when printing labels.
Brother Printers
- Many of our customers find Brother printers challenging to configure and unreliable. So, we are no longer recommending them as a supported option. If you've already set it up, you can still use your Brother printer in Check-In Suite.
- If you were using a Brother printer before March 2025, our Support team will continue to assist with questions as long as you're using a previously supported driver and model. These include:
- Windows - 1.10.0a Brother Driver or Windows - 1.7.0b Brother Driver
- Models QL-1100, QL-1110NWB, QL-800, QL-800W, QL-810W, or QL-820NWB
Reminder about Support Browsers: Before accessing Check-In Suite and other MinistryPlatform applications, make sure your browser is up-to-date. Otherwise, you may see errors.
The technical details: TLS versions 1.0 and 1.1 are no longer supported for our services. To use our applications, the browser must be on TLS 1.2 or higher. For this reason, we suggest using the most updated browser version.
