While we do everything we can to protect unauthorized access to your data from outside the walls of your organization, there are steps you can take to minimize risk from within. Realm has several built-in tools that, when coupled with the latest security practices, can help you prevent or identify unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

• Routinely monitor the change log for suspicious activity.

• View changes to a specific profile using the change log.
• Document changes in the change log.
• Manage privacy settings for someone else.
• Know passwords requirements and how two-factor authentication adds an additional layer of security.
• Answer questions about privacy as it relates to the online directory.
• Remove or deactivate people who longer require access.
• Update your church's accounting with ACST. (i.e. Who is allowed to call for support, discuss billing, or make other changes to your account or software access.)
