Former Church Helpmate customers.

1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Reporting > Shared with Me. Realm administrators, select My Saved Reports instead.
2. Click the One Call Now Export entry.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Download and select One Call Now (.csv). If asked, save the file to your computer. Notice its location so you can use it later. Typically, files are saved to the Downloads folder on a computer.
4. Log in to your One Call Now account at www.onecallnow.com.
5. From the Group Leader menu, click Manage Group, then Import Wizard.
   
   
   
   
6. From the Saved Templates section, click Realm Import.
   
   
   
   
7. Click Select and browse to the OneCallNow.csv file that you downloaded earlier.
8. Click Next Step.
9. Click Next Step.
10. Select Delete all existing Subgroups.
11. Click Next Step.
12. Clear the check box Save a template of your import configuration for future re-use.
13. Click Import. You might need to refresh the page to see that the import status is complete.
    Note: When creating your own reports, the One Call Now (.csv) export option is available on the Download button menu for any query that includes Ministry Area.
