Discounts for Registration Events

View Who Applied a Manual Discount to a Registration

See who created a manual discount for a registrant.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Events permission.

You can see who applied a manual discount to an existing registration.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Registration Events > Upcoming.
  2. Click the name of the event.
  3. Click the Registrants tab.
  4. Click the name of the registrant.
  5. To view information about who created a manual discount, click Previous Payments in the Summary section.
