Post Multiple Batches
Post multiple batches for contributions toward different funds.
You must have the Post Gifts permission to perform this task. See Responsibilities for more information.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click .
- On the Manual tab, make sure Open is selected.
- Select the batches you want to post, then click Post.
- If Contribution Posting is available, the batches will post to the general ledger by default. If you don't want them to post to the general ledger automatically, clear the checkbox to skip it here and enter them manually later.
- If you want them to post to your general ledger, select a deposit date, reference number, and enter a deposit description.
- Click Post.
