Send contact information from a Realm dashboard, group, pathway, serving team, or query to a Constant Contact list.

1. Go to the people you want to send, then select them.

   • A dashboard. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Reporting > Dashboards. Then click the name of the dashboard.

   • The Attendance, Giving, Involvement, or Pledges dashboard. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Reporting > Dashboards. Click the tab you want, then click to filter the data. Click a link, bar, or graph segment to view the list of individuals.

   • A group. Locate the group and open the group's page. Click the Participants tab for group participants, or the Parents/Guardians tab for their parents and guardians.

   • A pathway. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Pathways > Current. Click the name of the pathway, then click the People tab.

   • A serving team. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Volunteers/Serving > Volunteer Teams/Serving Teams Click the name of the team, then click the Roster tab.

   • A query. Create a query, or run a saved one.

   Tip: To include everyone in the list, select the box at the top of the column.
2. In the Select an Action drop-down menu, select Send to Constant Contact.
3. If you have more than one Constant Contact account linked to Realm, select an account from the drop-down menu.
4. Choose how to send the data to Constant Contact:
   1. To create a new list with the contact information, select Create a new list and enter the list's name.
   2. To add the contact information to an existing list, select Update an existing list and select the list.
   3. To replace the data in a Constant Contact list, select Replace an existing list and select the list.
5. To include additional information, click +Add another profile field. Then, select the profile field from the In Realm drop-down menu.
6. Click Send.

   Linking Realm and Constant Contact Profiles

   If an email address already exists in both Realm and Constant Contact, sending an individual's information from a list in Realm will link to and update the record in Constant Contact.

   You can also choose to send additional information from Realm, including custom fields, and link that information to the custom fields you have created in Constant Contact.
