Constant Contact Opt-Outs
View whether an individual is subscribed to Constant Contact and see their email and texting subscription details.
Administrators can view all Constant Contact information, while users with responsibilities will only see information about Constant Contact accounts they have access to.
A member may be receiving email and texts sent from Realm but not those sent from Constant Contact. Because two different systems can send communication, you may need to check their status for each. It is possible for someone to unsubscribe from one and not the other. See Opt-Out Dashboard to investigate opt-outs for texts or email sent from Realm.
You can see whether someone is subscribed to receiving emails or texts sent from Constant Contact by viewing their profile within Realm. This displays the email and SMS number of the mobile device they are subscribed with for each Constant Contact account linked to Realm.
- Search for the individual's profile in Realm and open it.
- In the Constant Contact Sync section, you can view which email address and SMS numbers are subscribed and unsubscribed to Constant Contact accounts linked to Realm.
