You can copy and create new transactions or invoices for occasional recurrences. Let's say that the daycare worker bought toys from the local mall but forgot to purchase any art supplies! You can copy and create a new transaction from the existing one you entered for toys and edit the information relevant to the daycare worker's new purchase. This saves you from having to enter all of the transaction's information again.
