Form 1099

Print the business name as Doing Business As (DBA). As you set up or edit a business vendor, select Use Business Name as DBA on 1099 and enter the individual owner's name. When you print, sole proprietors who do business under a trade name can see the DBA below their name as the recipient of their 1099.
