Tax Updates

We've updated tax information for New York and New Jersey. Realm Accounting automatically accounts for and calculates New York's and New Jersey's Paid Family and Medical Leave Tax. You can now remove any manual adjustments associated with employee records to withhold this tax.

Box 12 of Form W-2 has been updated. It now reads Box 12 - Codes A-II to accommodate the new "II" code used to report medicaid waiver payments that aren't included in Box 1.
