Exchange User Keyword Positions
CAUTION: This process alters data. We recommend backing up your data before proceeding.
With this process, you can change the positions of the user keyword drop-down fields in the Contact Information section of the Ministers window.
Note: Typical user keywords include Religion and Disability among others. To set up additional user keyword field names and values, see "Create Custom User Keywords".
- On the File menu, click .
- Under "Swap this Keyword", click the first keyword field you want to move.
- Under "With this Keyword", click the keyword to swap with the first.
- Click Process.
- Click Yes to confirm the swap.
