Fix Catechist Schedules

CAUTION: This process alters data. We recommend backing up your data before proceeding.
A customer may state that catechist names are duplicating on attendance sheets. This is because catechists have multiple class schedule records that don't show on the screen but do print in reports. With this process, you can remove extra schedule entries from catechists who are not shown on the screen.
- On the Personnel tab, click .
- The process label changes to show the catechist name.
- When it stops showing names, the process is complete.
The report should print correctly.
