Create a Customer Portal Account

Learn how to create an account in the Customer Portal.

To access the Customer Portal, you must:

  • Be a current, active MinistryPlatform customer, and
  • Complete onboarding.
  1. Go to the Customer Portal.
  2. Click Get Started.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Follow the link in your email to set a password and create your account.

If you email is not in our system, we will notify you. If this happens, you can contact Support to help get access to the Customer Portal.
